After a lot of research in the window industry, I selected Pella due to the quality of the windows and the professionalism of the sales person, Daphne. Having made the commitment, I found the support from the sales rep and the installation team to be exceptional. The installers were mindful of my pets, furnishings and were less intrusive than I expected. Fantastic experience all around. I will be back for more windows and likely have my doors replaced soon. Kudos to the Calgary Pella team!
