we needed our roof done asap and they were there quickly and did a great job and were very neat. when we had a little problem by our chimney they came back to fix it for us

we found a floor model bbq on sale, we had to wait a long time for help, first day we just walked out, second day we went backonly because it was a good deal and was floor model. they didnt have anyone to help, my husband, myself and another customer had to put it on our truck. but the bbq is great

i wish i had kept our floors the way they were, once they put the finish on it is to soft and shows every scrape and mark, i hate it!

According to our records, this job was done in March 2009. At the time of completion, which was 18 months ago, there was no complaint and we have no record of a complaint from this customer since then to let us know that there was a problem.

If you had contacted us and told us about the problems, we would have been happy to work with you to come to an equitable solution. Posting a complaint over a year later on a public forum before giving us a chance to fix the problem is unfair.

That being said, if you'd like to contact us and make an appointment for us to stop by and inspect the damage, we'd be happy to do so. Once we determine the cause of the damage, then we'll be able to offer you a solution to the problem, whether caused by improper floor care or something that we may have done.

we bought fridge, stove dishwasher and microwave, they were great with slesa and delivery, we had a problem with fridge and they picked up old one and gave new one.
