Completed on time and gave me advised and provided prefect work. I am very happy with a new deck . I will highly recommend Oleg and his team.

The guy with a stick is very sneaky person, signed contract with him. In our contract we had mentioned that work will be completed over 10 business days. He has requested the deposit before he starts and during construction about 75% from his quote. When the job started he kept requesting more cash flow on a daily basis, when I refused to provide it to him, he figured out he is going under budget and escaped leaving uncompleted work (only 50% has been done from the total scope of the project). He appears to have serious issues with alcohol and can't control the budget at all. He will never complete the project. He has left just a lot of garbage. Please be cautious and aware. Pictures attached. Do not hire him do not trust him. He doesn't care about the quality of work he just want cash that's all.

Mazmax Contracting (Max) was excellent. We purchased a house and finally moved to City of Toronto. We realized that we need renovation for our dream house. We had many quotations of our project / renovation. We called Max and price was very marketable, he gave us some options how to cut corners and save big bugs. Max and his team was very attentive to my questions and always responded in a timely manner. Max did a schedule for all upcoming project for materials, paints of colors and appliances . We just completed our office renovation which included kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painting, lighting, garage, etc. There was concerns undertaking such a big project in short notice. We quickly realized that Alliance Renovations and their team lead by Greg was exactly what we were looking for. They provided a very fair and accurate estimate and the timeline was bang on. Greg showed incredible people skills and was just amazing in helping ease the regular stresses of any Reno. He was easy to get ahold of and was very receptive of our ideas. Any issues were addressed immediately by Greg and his team. Alliance Renovations was extremely professional, efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation to contact the Home Improvement People for future renovations. The owner Greg was the one who was very helpful. Their prices are competitive and I definitely received what I paid for.
