We had a leak of our main shutoff valve. We called in A .Marco plumbing and Trevor arrived quickly. It turned out it was an easy fix but Trevor was honest and told me he just needed to tighten it. Since the component was over 30 years old I decided to have it replaced. Trevor was efficient, honest and very likeable. I would definitely call this company in the future if needed. It is nice to know there are still conscious and honest tradesman to be found. Thank you again Trevor.

I had Marble and Marble install marble look porcelain in my kitchen. I was unhappy with the edge on the island as several flaws were obvious. On two occasions they sent a repair person and it ended up looking worse . At this point I asked for the island to be replaced since I spent 16K. They would not replace this very unsightly island.

We had Paul from Vaillancourt come in to fix a sewer smell coming from our powder room toilet. The service was efficient, friendly and cost effective. Thank you Paul. We would recommend this company without hesitation. Evelyn

I took in a picture of an ottoman I wanted made. Was told "we can make anything". So I placed the order and left the picture and measurements for reference. I was told it would take 2 weeks, ended up taking 7. When I went to pick up the piece it was not at all like my picture. The top of the ottoman was supposed to be tufted and it was plain with a few buttons attached, it looked horrible. I told the owner I was not satisfied and he argued that to tuft it would cost more. I told him that i was quoted according to the picture. Luckily i had extra fabric and he said he would change it. At that time i took the two accent cushions, the fabric was a dark paisley and he made them with a white zipper that screams out from the fabric. he also filled the pillow with scrap foam wrap rather then a proper pillow form. i took the pillows because it was not worth the fight. I returned the next week and the top was done according to my original picture. I was then told that i was not being charged any extra !!! Why would I be charged extra, it should have been done right the first time. A horrible experience from start to finish. The prices are reasonable but not if you don't get what you ask for . I will not be returning and so glad I did not have my sofa and chairs done here. Very sloppy work and unprofessional.

Once again I had Alex in to provide me with 6 outdoor spotlights. He did an awesome job and they look great. The team showed up on time and cleaned up once the job was completed. This is the third time i have hired Maple Leaf and it wont be the last

I went to Grand Upholstery to get a custom made ottoman. It ended up being 6 inches higher then the sofa and the inside was not finished. I had to take it to another shop to have it fixed, never again !!!

I called to have my fireplace chimney serviced and was given a date and time. The technician was almost 2 hours late and never called but did apoligize when he finally showed. He gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable and since the chimney was leaking we went ahead with the job. One week later it was still leaking and took many calls before they returned to repair it properly

Alex and his team arrived on time and provided excelent service. This is the second time we have used Alex to install potlights and were glad to have him back to do more work. This time we had potlights and two wall scones installed. Alex is very patient and helpful if you are not sure where you need the lights to be installed. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will defineately have him back.
