I bought a house that needed a lot of fixing. Through a friend I heard about Flip (that is Mike and his crew). We did this in separate projects and now I have quality work in my new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms. Mikes estimates were clear and adhered to. He was open to changes where possible and I understand when this would increase or decrease the over all cost. I felt that in the long run I wanted the best work now so I would not be sorry about who I hired in the future. I definitely have this now and feel the high quality and workmanship was worth it and still is. I also like that Mike had suggestions based on his experience, for some design aspects that I would not have thought of. I of course choose the rules colours, with some sage advice from Mike along the way. I will try to upload some pictures taken before the final products along with my neighbors kitchen that Mike also did.

We have been watching the brick ledge disintegrate year by year. We decided to get it repaired and never thought it would look so good and so solid afterwards. The detail in the workmanship of replacing the brick and the appropriate caulking was a nice surprise. Obviously Tony is a true craftsman in his trade. I will be recommending him to family and friends.
