We are very satisfied with Valentin's service. We renovated the house including the kitchen and bathroom where all the plumbing was redone including stack, toilet, bath and shower. The water mains was also replaced due to the high lead content. All work passed the permit stages without issue. He always arrived on time and immediately set the work at hand. Did the work quickly and tidily and then, most encouragingly, demonstrated what he had done. We have, and will definitely use him again.

Tony and team were referred by the designer of the plans and did not dissappoint. The work was the demolition of kitchen/living wall and installation of a load bearing beam, post and strengthing of the joists, in additional to a patio door widening to 6'. Tony kept in touch, and completed the work as expected. A minor point by the inspector (and not mentioned in the approved design) was quickly fixed.

Rocca made the drawings and got the permits for Loadbearing wall removal and Patio door widening and kitchen plumbing. Start to finish in under two weeks including the structural engineer calcs. Electronic file now used for HVAC.

Templar came by to remove asbestos in our home after initial checks with several companies. Originally quoted two days, but were done in one long day. Minor mishap was a delayed start and a warning phone call would have helped...overall ontime and on budget.
