First and foremost, this review is long overdue. We had a recurring problem of our basement flooding after rain storms. Finally enough was enough, and decided we needed to solve the problem to make the basement usable for the kids. I contacted Darby after a recommendation from a friend and after reading his company's reviews on Homestars. Darby and his team were professional and polite from the initial quote to the end of the job. They worked hard and always left the place clean at the end of the day. I contacted Waheed because of his stellar reviews on Homestars. We had a mouse problem in our kitchen that, despite out best efforts, we couldn't solve. Waheed came to our place promptly, quickly assessed the situation, answered my wife's numerous questions, and addressed the problem. That was that, problem solved. Waheed followed up with us to ensure the problem was solved and checked to see if we had any additional questions. Waking up at 4:15 am to find the boiler that heats my radiators not working, I searched for someone who would be able to come quickly to fix the problem (as I have two small children). Dwayne called me back promptly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Within two hours he was at my house and fixed the problem quickly at the price he quoted me.
