Wonderful! Extremely pleased. We had 2 dirty rugs and Persian Rug Services came to our door to pick them up. Before taking them away, they spent time showing us how our rugs were made. One, a Persian Rug, was handwoven and the pile tightly knotted. The other, from a chain store, wasn't woven; the pile simply glued on. We were told that the outcome after cleaning may differ. But, when they brought our rugs back 10 days later as promised, both rugs looked amazing!
