Button's was recommended by a family member so i thought i'd have a good experience but all i had was my time wasted. Todd came for a quote and that's about all I got except for a bunch of excuses as to why he didn't come as discussed. He's ignored any other communication since then. Pretty poor customer service for a company that that prides itself on service

My name is Nigel Charlton. I am the Sales Manager at Button’s Heating and Air-Conditioning. Kevin, I am baffled here…on two separate levels. First of all, I just received this message from Home Stars. Had I of received it when it appeared to be sent, I would have responded rapidly. Second, I sincerely apologise if one of our representatives did not provide the level of customer service that all customers deserve. Again, I am baffled at this as returning calls to customers and providing superior customer service is their livelihood. This is not condoned and is certainly out of character for our staff. With the HVAC industry being as competitive as it is, we make every effort to earn one’s business. I will certainly investigate this from my end.
