My mother needed a few of the cords for her Shade-o-matic blinds, as some of them had started to fray with over 13 years of use. I googled Shade-o-matic dealers in the area, as the original company from whom my mother bought, was no longer in business. Jeff's company came up on the results and my mother was able to contact him that same evening. Jeff made an appointment to look at the shades and the cords, not knowing if they could be repaired because of the age as well as these shades no longer being produced. He came out to the house, made a few phone calls and within minutes, he had three cords being shipped to her home, free of charge. She has only to contact Jeff's installer to set up a date for the repairs. Jeff is very professional, efficient, personable, dependable and respectful. When we thought there would be no solution but to purchase new window coverings, Jeff made sure that these blinds could be fixed. We can't thank him enough for his time, at no charge to my mother, and his friendly, but professional manner of dealing with people.
