From beginning to end, Roadrunner was excellent to deal with. Ordered a bin only a few days in advance - no problem. I asked that the bin be dropped off at 7:30am on Thanksgiving Monday (a Holiday!) - no problem. I asked to have the bin picked up the following day - no problem. I paid EXACTLY what I was told I would pay with no hidden fees - no problem. I received an emailed and very detailed receipt complete with proof of disposal - no problem. I WILL use RBI again on my next reno project and would not hesitate in recommending to others. Other Home Star contractors/companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from RBI.
