We had a broken pipe in our basement. Mr. Valentin promptly replied to our late afternoon phone call, appointment was set for the next day. That day, he called to let me know he is on his way, fixed the pipe with ease, and left our basement like nothing happened. Very professional and neat. Thank you very much.
