I called True Flame Gas to service my fireplace after having another company in. I was not pleased with the first company due to the fact all they did was clean the glass window and didn't even do that right. Jeff showed up, cleaned the unit with a vacuum and air compressor, as well as the glass again. He also was careful with everything, (moving my coffee table out of the way) and put down a thick blanket to cover his working area. He was down to earth, funny and just a pleasure to deal with. Type of person you don't mind letting into your home. Will be recommending this company to family and friends.
