I contacted Eduart for a quote to replace our roof, he came at the first opportunity and went up on the roof to assess the project. It was at their busiest time so we anticipated 6 weeks to wait but he called within 2 weeks to say he had a cancellation and could come the following day. The crew were meticulously tidy, when I arrived home after work the first day you would have no idea they had been there, other than 3/4 of the roof completed. On their follow up visit, the whole crew were so polite in our interactions and again extremely diligent in clean up. Safe work practices and quality work were important to us and Eclipse delivered. Thank you!

I contacted Atiar for service, he was very responsive, ordered the part for us based on the error code and attended as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately the part didn't resolve the issue, Atiar followed up after researching and gave us honest advice that we should call the manufacturer as it will be cheaper to replace the control panel through them than him. He didn't want to be paid for his time or the part for not being able to repair the stove successfully, which was unexpected, we settled on a fair amount for his time. I appreciate his honesty and advice vs. charge us an unnecessary cost for the control panel. Will definitely call Atiar the next time one of our crappy Kitchenaid appliances break!
