We had the privilege of having Jason V. come to out home to fix our freezer and our dishwasher. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. We made the mistake of calling another company first that charged us a fortune, the gentleman was very unprofessional, and did not solve the problem. Jason V. took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was as opposed to guessing and racking up our bill like the other company did. I also asked multiple questions and he was more then happy to answer them for me and offer advice. I highly recommend Waterloo Appliance Service if you need repairs, especially if you get Jason V.
