Really appreciated the quick service and additional education on how to extend the life of a number of appliances in our home. Joe was a great tech. He identified the issue with my dishwasher quickly and set to work fixing it. He went through a cycle to make sure the problem was resolved. This guy also likes to talk -- which isn't a bad thing. Very informative on how to maintain the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) to help extend the life of them. He told me why these simple procedures would extend the life. Makes sense, the harder part will be putting them into the regular rotation. Anyway, I would recommend Waterloo Appliance based on the service I received from Joe. Thanks Joe!
