The technician Mubarik is excellent with his level of knowledge on the product. He has been to my house in the past and I feel confident in him making sure my air-conditioning unit works effectively.
OCHS misrepresented the ontario government to sell water softener product
OCHS rep said it was a one time fee and that the government approved the scheme to replace old water softeners. They spoke to my wife to get into our house about a government scheme and then knew we had an old water softener in the basement. The government has to protect its consumers from companies who prey on the vulnerable. It is is absolutely disgusting and they are allowed to keep tricking the members of public to sell their unneeded hardware which is not cheap and cumbersome to get away from.
