Several other plumbers came to the house, all of them said they could fix it and they all left the house worse than when they entered. Yuriy came in and solved it all-in a day! Ive told all my friends about him so good luck getting an appointment :)

Lucky to be alive. TWO times I've had Carbon monoxide alarms in my house with fireman getting me to leave because it was unsafe. After the first time, Reliance took a week to fix the furnace and assured me it wouldn't happen again. I should have insisted they replace it, but because it's cheaper, they just repair. Fireman said this time it was very high readings in the bedroom where we were sleeping. It was serviced 3 months before! All they offered for compensation was credit on future rentals. They left a ticking time bomb in my house because it was cheaper and they want me to stay with their company?! Glad to be alive-no thanks to Reliance.

I've used Kai for several different appliance repairs in the house. He shows up on time. Fixed everything and was incredibly reasonable about the cost. I wish he was an electrician and plumber too!
