My main electric baseboard heater stopped working during a cold snap so I needed help fast. Neil came over within a day and diagnosed the problem (broken thermostat.) He set it up so the heater continued to work and without a thermostat and gave me some good advice on which one to replace it with. He then helped me install the new thermostat over the phone a couple of days later. Overall Neil is a prompt and professional electrician, I've already recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone else as well!
