Tom who installed my newer high efficient furnace (hot water radiator) was very helpful. It was a good make but a previous plumber had changed some of my water pipes so they had difficulty initially as it didn't come on. Tom worked until the problem was rectified and the furnace came on the way it was supposed to. I felt the company was helpful and the men trustworthy.

there were 3 men who came earlier in the week than they said they would so I was pleased. They arrived at 08:30 and were finished before 1700. The man who gave me the estimate was professional but friendly. I thought the price was a little high but they were efficient, friendly and cleaned up well afterward so I got what I paid for and would use them again.

I thought the sales & installers were good but I am disappointed with the follow up. Enwise took my rental water heater but Direct Energy kep tank rental charge on my bill as they said they did not receive the tank. I have been trying to contact Enwise to clear this matter up but cannot get a contact email address. I want them to send an RMO to decustomercare@directenergy.com Subject: Frank (cust. care. Send RMO to: epeers@sympatico.ca. If they do this I will recommend this company.
