I purchased 5 appliances in one of the Toronto stores back in November this year. I had to wait more than a week for those to be delivered because some were not available, but its website indicated available for all of them. I called twice to get an update; first time they said they would get a shipment in 2 days, second time which was 2 days later they said maybe sometime the following week. They transferred my call to sales department when I asked to change appliances. The sales guy named Mark answered to phone, when I was telling him about the problem, he cut me off and told to me speak to customer service. I hadn't get a chance to reply, he had transferred me to customer service. I understand he's there to sale products, but I believe part of sales representatives' job is customer service. Without investing time listening to and help customers solving problems their business won't last long. I did eventually got a call that those appliances were ready to be delivered, but they couldn't tell me what time frame they were available to deliver until 24 hours prior to the deliver day. I live in a condo and need to book an elevator ahead of time for any big delivery. How could I book an elevator without knowing morning or afternoon delivery? What would happen if I guess wrong and the elevator wasn't available for different time? I was very lucky making a right guess and the building manager was very nice to extent the hours due to the delay of the delivery. At the end I got my appliances. I'll not purchase appliances from this company again. It's not worth to go through this kind of stress just to save few dollars.
