They sub-contracted the installation and after a week I heard squeaking. I asked them why that was happening and I was by the salesperson that the hardwood floor had not settled yet because the house was new. After I waited for 9 months and I asked them again and nobody showed up . When I went into the store and talked to the salesperson he gave me the number of the owner. The owner wanted to charge me more money to replace the hardwood but I chose I go to court. They had to give me all my money back.
