Matt and Adam from Apex Outdoor Systems installed new landscape lighting in our front and back yards. Our existing system, installed nearly 18 years ago, was minimally working and overgrown. Matt designed a new layout to address our now mature garden and selected new fixtures to enhance the hard and soft structures. Sutton has always been and will continue to be my go to company for appliance repair. They always get back to me quickly to arrange an appointment. On the day of service I received a call identifying a 2 hour window for the visit and they hit it. Their service team are extremely knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem - water leak and pooling on the kitchen floor - and laid out service options and likely outcomes. The issue was a blocked evaporator drain... diagnosed in about 5 seconds. I find them extremely pleasant and fair to work with. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

Over the past few years, I have had two occasions to contact this company for service. Both experiences were very positive. In the first instance, the drum on my washing machine stopped spinning. The service tech stated that it could be repaired but would likely fail again in a few months. Rather than waste money for a temporary fix, he recommended replacing the washing machine. This proved to me that this company had my interest in mind rather than simply padding their profit line through a temporary fix. I was impressed. The second repair was for my dishwasher which was not cleaning the dishes very well and leaked occasionally. He found the problem to be a seal that had broken. Given the age of the dishwasher, he mentioned that to repair the problem he would have to remove a gasket. If it cracked, parts would not be available to repair it. Forewarned, I said to proceed. He did not crack it and the repair was completed at minimal cost. Bottom line? I find this company to be very fair. They look for cost effective solutions and provide quality workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
