On a wing and a prayer, I called Massimo to help out with some last minute painting to get our house ready to sell. We have never hired painters before - my husband prefers to do the work himself, but time has run out. Not only was Massimo able to accommodate my request, he did it with extreme care and professionalism. Along with his colleague Aldo, they were able to complete the work in 3 days, and did better work than I had ever hoped for. Even my husband thinks it's great! Our house looks so good now, we don't want to move, but unfortunately we have to! I can't comment on how the price compares to others - I didn't do any shopping around. However, it was worth every penny to us, and we would not hesitate to recommend Massimo to even the fussiest of homeowners. Call Massimo now!!!

I initially called Yorkville to clean our Hunter Douglas Alouette blinds. They did such a great job that I had them come back to clean our carpets. Again, I was very happy with the work, and feel the price is very competitive. The work was done quickly but no corners were cut. I have used another "dry" cleaning service in the past - Yorkville is much better and I will not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We are getting our house ready to sell, and part of the process is to de-clutter. We had some furniture and several boxes to move from the house to a self-storage facility just a few blocks away. I was worried that this might be too small of a job for Emerald - I was wrong. From the moment my call was first answered to the moment we said goodbye to the movers, we were treated with nothing but courtesy. The movers were on time, VERY pleasant, and worked quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend Emerald to anyone considering a move, big or small. Advice: skip the DIY estimate - get someone to do an in-home estimate. There's no additional charge, and you will get a much more accurate estimate that way.

Due to moisture in the marble floor, I suspected my toilet was leaking, but I wasn't 100% sure. Scheduling the appoinment was a breeze, and Chris was here the next day. He quickly found the problem and was able to fix it. He was very professional & tidy and provided me with a detailed invoice at the end. It's hard to know who you can trust these days...I now trust DrainWorks and will call them again if the need arises.
