We renovated the main floor and kitchen of our 100+ year old semi-detached house in Leslieville, including an upgrade of our HVAC system to a boiler/radiant heating. After obtaining several quotes we went with Addison and we were very happy with our decision. Loren took time to understand what we wanted and was patient with us throughout the quoting process. Their project management was top notch and the tradespeople/subcontractors were excellent - on-time, courteous and skilled. They always kept a clean job site (a positive sign) and Loren was always available to quickly answer questions and address concerns (another big positive). As the renovation took place during Covid there was the risk of supply chain disruptions and lockdowns etc., but Addison managed to complete the job within the timeframe they gave us (very impressive). We've been in the space for several months now and are really happy with the results. I would definitely use Addison again.

We selected Luc and his team at RenovAction to replace 8 windows and an entryway door in a 60 year old house with less-than-perfect elements, such as uneven rough openings. RenovAction was not the cheapest quote, but Luc's refusal to cut corners or sacrifice quality is what won us over, and he walked the walk. They put in the extra time to make sure everything looked great and functioned properly. The front door was a challenging installation, so we were very happy we went with RenovAction since I don't believe the other larger companies would have taken the time to get things right the way Luc did. The communication was also prompt and courteous throughout. If you are looking for quality service and product, I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional, experienced, responsive, on-time, and reasonably priced. I don't think you can ask for more in a contractor. Mike and his team know what they are doing, and do it well. I had them replace my old patio and sidewalks including the walkway between the houses where water was pooling. They removed the old concrete and poured new concrete so as to have the water funnel appropriately away from the house. His crew was friendly, the job site was always left neat and clean, and the finished product looks excellent. I would definitely recommend Mike for any of your concrete needs.

After my basement contractor left me with a back yard full of bricks and dirt, I needed someone to remove the material ASAP. Hark was personable and quoted me a fair price. They booked me in for 3 days later and his crew and the bin showed up right on time (always impressive when this happens). They worked hard to get the material removed in less time than expected and the site was left clean and tidy. I was happy with the interaction and would definitely recommend Target for your demolition project.
