Shoreline was recommended by a Surrey appliance repair as the best one for Sub Zero products. Our refrigerator is about 13 years old and was in poor shape: Frosting in the freezer; error code showing overlong cooling cycle; high freezer temperature; and after examination, two fans leaking oil, a dirty condenser and some mechanical misalignments. The unit is working fine now, about 35 days ago since the service.

A previous owner had cleaned our wok burner and reassembled it incorrectly. This was fixed very quickly. We then had a quick tour of the cooktop and two electric ovens. This was very helpful.

The new gutters were paid for by the previous owner. I found the staff to be friendly, respectful of our privacy and efficient at renewing our gutters after our roof was replaced in June 2017. I was interested to learn how gutters are manufactured on-site.

The serviceman showed up on time and soon had our furnace taken apart so that copious amounts of dust could be removed. He also did a good job on a fireplace that had poor flame distribution. Most importantly, we received helpful advice about the two units.

The manager showed up at our old home and estimated that four guys would be needed. He also recommended two trucks, but we were able to pre-move awkward items with family help. The moving team was extremely courteous, helpful and efficient. The whole job was done in 7.25 hours using one truck (we were not charged for the second truck). There was some minor breakage, but nothing of significance. We were very pleased with the result.

Two guys showed up on time and took away items efficiently. One was quite tall and had to be manoeuvred around a tight corner to get it downstairs. The service was courteous and good value for money.
