I was totally pleased with my experience working with Boris, owner of Cozy world. I am completely happy with my new HE furnace, as well as my new tank less water heater, and HE heating/cooling wall unit. Everything ended up being exactly as described at our initial meeting. Extremely quick and quality service., no "unexpected" price changes, etc. Boris was very personable and professional. Definitely would recommend Cozy World as your contractor!
