I was very impressed with the service and diligence of the Management at McKinnon. We had a few problems and they addressed the issues right away and even responded and fixed the same problem the next spring season without hesitation and to our satisfaction. Our house is now cool and the new air conditioner is working as it should. I would and already have recommended McKinnon to friends, It is difficult to find organizations with such a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
