We were very concerned when we found out there is mold in the basement. We were ready to pay whatever it costs just to have it removed. Mike came as soon as we called him. Very nice guy! Very professional! He inspected the basement and because the mold was less than 10sqft he said we can clean it ourselves. He didn't even charge us for his service. He gave us instructions on how to deal with it. He is very honest and saved us time and money!
