We contacted Luca on a Thursday and he arrived the next day to give us a quote on replacing our wonky side door. Since the day we bought the house the door never closed properly and you could feel the cold coming in during the winter. Six days later he was back at our house to install the new side door. It now closes perfectly, with a new deadbolt lock and the trim work is excellent. We have more doors that need replacing and will be using Luca for them also! More photos to follow.

Our furnace broke down and we called Hatco and they came within half an hour to diagnose the problem. We needed a new circuit board. It was installed the next day and now we have heat! We appreciated the fast response, reasonable prices and diagnostic skill in determining what needed fixing. They will be our first choice for any future HVAC needs and we will be recommending them to all our neighbours and friends. Prior to contacting HATCO we had called another company who gave us a long list of parts that needed replacing and recommended we purchase a new furnace instead. So glad we found HATCO.

Very impressed with Andrew and the Torcan Group starting from our first point of contact - when we asked for a quote. He came when he said he would and provided a quote before he left. When we contacted him to do the job, he provided us with colour samples to choose from. On installation day he arrived when he said he would, finished the job in one day, checked a window that had been leaking-probably caused by the old eavestrough overflowing and patched a piece of fascia that had a hole in it for no additional charge. We would recommend him to anyone needing an eavestrough replacement.
