Finished product is lovely but of 4 major renovations I have done this was the second worst. Poor planning, lots of mishaps and poor communication. A project which started Dec 12th only finally concluded April 8th. Originally estimated at 6-8 weeks. I was very disappointed at how situations were handled or resolved and how I was not kept informed.
