Contacted Andy through e-mail to purchase a mattress. He arrived on time and carried it into the apartment for us. After he left we saw that there was a defect in the mattress (wasn't visible when the mattress was wrapped in plastic).. We contacted Andy and he quickly replaced the mattress no questions asked. Great service!
