Re: work order # 302833 Although there was an unfortunate situation during the first repair, the repairman Venson came back within a few days with spare parts and quickly solved the problem. He even helped me install my stacked washer-dryer (as compensation) because it's too heavy to lift on my own. I would recommend Elite Appliance Service, but not sure about Samsung products..
