I have used AMJ Campbell for years. Never the cheapest but I don't mind paying for quality. I booked AMJ-C for a very small office breakdown and single executive desk relocation. The move was overbooked, over 6 workers on hand watching 2 who were actually working. They had wrong info and had to be constantly re-directed on what the job entailed. The goofed around and ended up throwing out sections of the one desk we wanted to keep. After 2 months, all they came back to me with was they knocked one hour off (an hour that should never have been charged in the first place) and $100 for the parts they tossed. We are a not for profit operating under a very tight budget. Gary was called in to service dishwashers at three of our locations. Gary was professional, honest about what was worth fixing and what was not. Gary was not always able to respond to our request - likely because he is a good and honest repairman.

Pre-Lock techs were very professional and courteous. The requested work was done promptly and on time. Question we had and trouble shooting was helpful and billing was accurate and clear. Highly recommended!

HVAC Mechanical were onsite to repair a Walk in Cooler (compressor) and a heater. Just over a week afterwards, the cooler failed completely. Josh from HVAC Mechanical was one again reluctant to come back out despite a 1 year warranty. Eventually showed up and said it would cost another $750.00. When I asked him why, he screamed and yelled at me for 3 minutes. Hung up, then yelled at our staff before being asked to leave. Recommend you avoid.

Josh 'repaired' gas heater. It failed again the next day. He would not come back and had us trying to repair it with him on the phone. We got it going but it still wasn't working well and failed again. When we called him back he screamed that there was nothing wrong with the heater. I asked him to come see for himself that it wasn't working and he screamed louder that he was "not a slave for stupid people". We are a not for profit working with people with mental health challenges and this company felt nothing about ripping us off. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this company. We called them re a faulty door gasket on a 16 month old whirlpool fridge. Tech convinced us we needed a new defrost timer. Installed it at an inflated price and said it was fixed. It wasn't. Took them more than a week to return and they were in and out saying "you need a new door gasket". It appears the defrost timer they installed may have fried the other electrics. Paid them $550.00 to completely ruin our appliance. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. Avoid at all cost.

As Facilities Coordinator for a NFP, quality of work and cost are the main drivers of my decision to hire services. Master's Plumbing came to my attention through the recommendation of another not for profit. I have called them numerous times and they have never let me down, Arrive promptly, quality work and reasonable prices.
