My outdoor shut off tap for the backyard is located under the sink in the kitchen I went to turn it off for the winter and noticed it was leaking. I called MILANI and they came over the same day. Fernando did an excellent job of replacing the tap with a lever handle that is more efficient. He also help shut off the front outside tap winter shut off valve located in the crawlspace next to the main shut off . I liked how smoothly everything went . Very happy

I can rely on them for cleaning my furnace ducts properly. There were some details that required expertise and they had it. A J was the technician and he walked me through all the steps and did extra helpful things and gave very good advice for safety. They used the natural deodorizer, disinfectant at the end to make sure all was clean in the air . I am very pleased
