Visions Electronics asked them to check out our TV, which was under warranty. They came right on time and didn't waste our time by trying to do trial and error. They did an assessment and concluded that we needed a replacement instead of wasting money and time. In just over 7 days we got a new upgraded TV. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.
