I normally choose my services carefully whether it is an automotive repair facility or a family doctor. I originally had my mind set on a significantly more costly home inspection service that is commonly seen on network television however the reviews and feedback just did not sit well. After further review I found 4sight initially via homestars and then confirmed through another reputable verification. First off and most importantly Mike was ontime, dressed for the job and ready to go, tool belt on, smart phone in hand and we went hard for the next 3+ hours. You join him for the entire process and provides as-you-go feedback versus and overwhelming summary at the end which I much preferred. Furthermore this gives you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns. As a technology buff myself Mike embraces this too and his ability to turn your report around in an hour or two is nothing short of amazing in my opinion, in fact my report came in exactly 34 minutes after we shook hands and went on our way. There were two things that sold me on 4sight. 1) the owner is the operator with decades of experience, it is not farmed out 2) he uses thermal imaging, key for ANY home inspection, the camera can see things you cannot. All in all I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement. The process is flawless and recommended to anyone who requires an inspection.

Company Response

Thank your very much Rob. It is so nice to hear your view of my services. I love what I do and each morning I wake up feeling blessed love my job and be able to help people like you to realize their new home dream with complete knowledge of what they are buying. The technology certainly makes the job easier in the sense that I can spend more time searching for defects and less time having to document. It all comes together very quickly but with detail that is incredible. As for the report, that is also part of the technology. I synchronize with a secure server and the report Is ready. My assistant takes care of the rest. Anyway, thank you assistant gain. I appreciate your time to post here. Michael Mischke. 4Sight Home Inspections. 4Sight Inspections Inc.

Simply put the builder had some bumps in phase 1, they have since built 2 more phases plus a new condo townhome phase and I'm pleased with what I see. Emery built along side Fernbrook, Sundial, Valery and Branthaven. I can honestly say based on the complaints I've heard the only builder that may have been better with better intial quality finishes and followup was branthaven. I found most of my troubles with the actual trades not the builder themselves, I can say for the most part they were willing to listen but the trades were the biggest problem and recently found out that some of the problem trades particularly the window and roofing may not have been chosen for subsequent projects. Why am I giving a 3/5 for satisfaction and 4/5 for likelihood to recommend. There are several reasons. My wife and I did go through many delays, issues with PDI 30 day and 1 and 2 year, however it has all been fixed and for the most part nothing major was wrong. I gave 4 because Emery was willing to work with me on issues I found post 2 years without issue...for the most part.

What could this company do to improve their services?
they have weeded out, for the most part, the bad contractors and post construction help

be persistent and do not take no for an answer however whatever you are arguing ensure that it is valid and you have backup.
