Keith and his team prepped our house for painting by both pressure washing and where required soft washing. Our house is over 100 years old so taking the proper care is important and I felt like we were in good hands with Keith. I am very happy with the work The painting team was also extremely pleased, saying it was done exactly the way it should be.

Jim was knowledgable and had good ideas for our project. He and his team did a great job. As someone who does a lot of work around the house it can be hard to let others take charge but Jim worked with me to resolve the questions I had and ultimately I am happy with the solution.

Neil did a great job running power to my garage and setting up my EV charger. To accomplish this we also had to update the panel in our basement. Neil was friendly and professional. The charger has been running for a few months now without any issues. I am happy with his work.

We worked with Ana and Howie of Sandrin Leung Architecture for the renovation of our home. The existing home has some great heritage features from the 1900s including leaded glass, craftsman sculpted beams, and a splayed roof. Because of the heritage nature of our home the approval process at the City is more restrictive and conditional. Ana and Howie were able to manoeuver the bylaws and codes skillfully and help us design the kitchen addition we wanted! As a web designer I have a design sense that I wanted present in the renovation and Ana and Howie were able to integrate my style while providing helpful suggestions and functional tweaks. Hugh Wong has provided me with affordable quality tile setting for both floors and bathrooms on several occasions. The price above was for tiling a tub and shower area and included the tile. As the manager of an apartment building it is important to me to have professional affordable contractors on whom I can rely. Hugh has filled that need on at least 5 occasions over the past 5 years.
