I had my boiler red tagged. My husband called Metropolitan people on his friend's suggestions because his friend used the services and told him that the company is very good and not expensive. Honestly they are very professional and reasonable. He came fixed the boiler removed the tag and also assure that he will take care of this warning tag. Deserve 10 stars

Our carpets needed cleaning after we moved in our new unit. MS-20 team responded very quickly, tried to accommodate our required time in their busy day with reasonable quote and service. We are happy with their work and will continue use their services in the future too.

We have called Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services last week when our furnace broke down. Having 6 weeks old baby in the house with this cold weather and no heat when your house temperature is dropped down to 17 is definitely a concern. Our call was promptly answered by the manager Sam, explained the emergency to him and he was kind enough to send the technician within an hour. Technician Mahfooz showed up and found that our old thermostat was dead, he quickly replaced with the new one which helped us to get the heat back in our house in no time. We can’t thank enough to Sam, Mahfooz and Cosmopolitan for their rapid response and will highly recommend this company to everyone in need of an emergency service.
