Michael, the sales representative confirmed on the day of the meeting and arrived on time. He was personable, knowledgeable, experienced and came prepared with samples. He offered advice and insight, addressed our questions and concerns In a straightforward, honest manner. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The blinds were ready and installed in the time frame he had promised. They look great and work well. Both my wife and I appreciate Michael’s effort and professionalism.
