I purchesed a washer dryer combo on June 10. Today is July 19 and I have loads of laundry wet and dirty..need I say more. I have made several calls and talked to many people and have had extremely poor service. I would never recommend Trail Appliances. Before purchasing confirm what the process will be if you receive a faulty appliance. Trail refers you to the manufacturer and does not replace the machine as other retailers do. A complete nightmare
