Hot water heater failed during the night, remembered hearing that Mr Rooter had good service, called first thing in the morning, had a charming young lady walk me through what could be done and when and what to expect. Our repairman Scott arrived promptly, introduced himself and after I explained what was wrong he quickly diagnosed our problem and set about fixing it, he as polite, efficient and thorough, explaining what need to be done and how much it was going to cost plus he gave me a cost estimate to replace the hot water heater in the near future considering it's 10 years old, I would hire your company again for the heater or for that matter almost any plumbing need I have, and especially ask for Scott to do the service if I could.
