The crew from the United Home Services came over to my house to install the high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater yeaterday. I'm very satisfied with the work they have done and would like to highly recommend their services to anyone who has the same need. The crew arrived on time and showed great professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. I was impressed by the care they took to protect my home by covering the floor before moving tools and equipment, and their thorough cleaning of the furnace room after the installation was complete. Furthermore, I appreciated the time the crew took to explain how to use the new equipment in details. This added value to the overall experience and gave me confidence in the efficiency of the upgrades. John contacted me day before the work to confirm the appointment, and he and his father came on time as scheduled and they did a great job for four stumps grinding. In additional, they helped us to cut some of the roots at the backyard and also cleaned up all of the area after. I would like to highly recommend John's services.
