Our eavestroughs and gutters were out of date and not functioning optimally. Tip Top Trough gave the system a full clean-out, and then recommended some replacement/extension of downspouts. The work was done in a highly professional manner, and all the personnel were a pleasure to deal with!

I contacted Browne's Contracting because our 100+ year-old Upper Beach home had aging brickwork and cracks in the foundation. Mike promptly came out to look at the property, and explained that tuckpointing and parging would fix the issues. He very quickly prepared a written quote for a competitive price. Very glad we chose to go with Browne's Contracting, as the work was beautifully done, and both Mike and Dana were a pleasure to deal with. A few degraded bricks had to be replaced, but I challenge you to pick them out... the match is that good!

I can't recommend Greenhouse Landscaping highly enough. The timber-and-interlock landscaping in front of our Upper Beach home was in rough shape. Owner Fred gave us a very precise estimate and honest advice about what needed to be done. When his team had finished, the landscaping looked BETTER than new. As a bonus, the workers could not have been more friendly, pleasant, and helpful. (Our neighbours kept commenting on this!)

We had a downspout issue that we wanted taken care of quickly because we were worried about potential basement flooding. We got an extremely quick quote, and then someone took care of the problem with very next day. We highly recommend this company!
