Our toilets had kept clogging since we moved into our home, and the problem had been getting worse and worse.... and one day my wife had enough - she said we start looking for a new home - of fix this plumbing now! So - I went looking for a reputable plumber. I'd used this company before and had mediocre service, not bad, not good.... totally average. Honestly, I called around looking for a different company, but they either couldn't come, or didn't answer their phone. I telephoned Mr Rooter - had a prompt answer - great service - polite, and totally understanding. I had a plumber at our place in less than 90 minutes...!!! Chris our service guy new immediately what the problem was, and commenced a repair - unfortunately it was too far gone.... so we had to replace one toilet which was completed in no time. We were so impressed, we actually have plans to invite the company back to replace our other toilets as our funds come in.
