Eavestrough, soffit and fascia replacement
Our experience with Better Contracting started out very well. Murray came out to give us an estimate for an admittedly tricky job. He was encouraging, optimistic and reassured me that they were 'can do guys' and could handle the work. About a week later, he showed up at my door with the estimate. I reviewed with my husband and we had a few questions, but intended to move forward. I left a message for Murray, didn't hear back, followed up a week later...no response. I have called and left messages for him and customer service 8 times over 7 weeks and have never heard from anyone. We are getting other quotes, but I just can't understand a company that doesn't respond to prospective clients...infuriating.
