Valentin knew exactly what was needed to be done and provided the information even before visiting. The water valve the builder used is not reliable and started leaking, Valentin replaced it with a ball valve instead. He was very nice to work with and I am very happy with the results, along with the reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him for any other plumbing needs in the future.

I really like the system in place where you are notified/messaged on the status of when the service person is arriving. Jeff provided me with his advice to replace the brass piping as a patch job would just result in another service call down the road again. The work was completed professionally and with a good attitude.

Had Milorad install a staggered glass mosaic backsplash for the kitchen. I must say, he is very pleasant and professional to deal with. Finding good contractors are not easy, and when you find one that cares about your project and property as much as you do, you can rest assured that the final result will leave you extremely happy and satisfied. Milorad takes pride in his work and it shows. For your tiling needs, Milorad will not disappoint!

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Sometimes when you first meet up with someone for a quote, you can get a feel for how that person is, with Milorad, my first impression was extremely positive, and the result was right on. Call him up and speak to him yourself for your next project, and you too will understand what I mean.
