Of course my furnace had to die on a Friday late afternoon in winter. I have a company that I typically call but could not get any assistance. I called a friend who has always been a reliable source for service people. He highly recommended Jacky from Star Alliance. Jacky was so responsive, came out immediately and assessed the situation. He made great recommendations for a new furnace and when I asked him for a brand that I preferred he was able to give me the information I needed. After some discussion with my husband we decided to give Jacky our business. He sent Jason the very next day to replace our furnace. Jason was professional, neat and knowledgeable. We immediately trusted him and he had us warm in no time. It wasn't an easy installation because our furnace room is tiny but he worked hard and did a great job. Very impressive indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch professionals who provide excellent service at a great price and in a timely manner.
