We were in the market to install a 240v EVSE (aka wall "charger") in our garage, and have solicited for several quotes from different vendors. Moe was very professional and patient with all our questions, and was able to provide a very accurate quote via email. He gave us 3 options: 1) EVSE install from main panel 2) 240V 14-50 outlet (aka "dryer outlet") install from main panel 3) Add a 100A subpanel in the garage from the main panel, and then hook up the EVSE from there. He explained each option and which one he'd recommend based on cost-effectiveness vs. long-term expandability. We ended up going with the 100A subpanel + EVSE install, even though it was slightly more than the EVSE install alone. On the day of, we actually asked him to add the 14-50 outlet, and his team was able to quickly recommend best course of action. We now have an EVSE + 14-50 outlet in our garage managed by a sub-panel. Definitely recommend Moe & team to anyone looking for any electrical work done. Very professional & courteous! Thank you Moe & team!

Background: house we had on hand was 30+ years old, and to our knowledge, everything in the house was original builder installed, including all flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Process: we solicited for 5 different quotes based on a full Reno of 2 floors (basement was left unfinished) Major project items: - redesign of Kitchen, including removal of original load-bearing wall separating kitchen and family room for a modernized open layout. This was a structural change that not all contractors were knowledgeable and/or comfortable in doing. Isaacs team was very knowledgeable and experienced with this, as they had access to a certified structural engineer, as well as getting the proper permit from the authorities. - convert ground floor study to an in-law ensuite by utilizing the adjacent powder room, installed new door in wall to allow direct access between study and powder, and converted the half bath to 3/4 bath (Ie: installed shower) by efficiently encroaching some space from the mud/laundry room. Although all quotes received were capable of doing this, Isaacs teams proposal and layout made the most sense and made the best use of existing space. - re-do all bathrooms on 2nd floor, including installing a frameless shower in master bath. Other items: - removed all popcorn ceiling on ground floor - removed all carpeted areas and installed hardwood flooring or tile - installed Potlight / replaced existing light fixtures Why choose Isaac: in one word, COMMUNICATION. Right from the onset at the RFQ stage, Isaac and team not only demonstrated their knowledge, but a willingness to communicate, and patiently answered questions and/or explained concepts. Isaac himself is a workaholic, and kept a communication channel opened for us 24/7, and answered any questions we had. As the project progressed, we were further impressed by Isaacs character and virtues: he is a man of his words and will keep his promise even if it turned out to not make fiscal sense for his team. And again, he is a very patient and humble man and is very willing to communicate. These are qualities that are rare in anyone, especially in the construction / renovation sector. Definitely recommend Isaac, and have done so with our family and friends. Thank you Isaac and team for the positive experience, and the beautiful job that you have done in renovating our home!

Tech came in to install Carrier AC, didn't bring brackets, was going to level it with interlock pavers found on my neighbor's property without asking (!?) until we stopped them and called their office to bring brackets. Wired up the unit to the furnace wrong, claimed AC would turn on in a few hours, had to bring in a 3rd party to get it fixed. Carrier unit works great though, but that's Carrier.

Hi Suzanne, unfortunately we do not have any record or this situation or of this install. We would really like to get to the bottom o this, if this did in fact occur. Feel free to contact us so that we can further investigate this.
