MOST UNETHICAL...BUYER BEWARE! After completing an eavestrough cleaning which was purchased through Groupon, Kelly presented a list of roof deficiencies. We paid an additional money to have some vents secured and plumbing stacks resealed. Kelly then sold us a "roof maintenance package" for $200.00, took a $50.00 deposit for this service and scheduled us an appointment. The day before our appointment, Scott called to tell us that there was no way they would be replacing 1 bundle of shingles for $200.00, and asked for more money. Scott was completely unfazed when we pointed out that a contract for this work had already been prepared by Kelly and the deposit was paid. We insisted on the contract confirming the rate quoted by Kelly in order to prevent complication on the day of the appointment. Little did we know that this company would behave in such an unprofessional and unethical manner and not honour their agreement. We refused to pay the additional costs and insisted our $50.00 deposit be returned to our credit card. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

From the moment we contacted Andrew of Lusso glass, his conduct was professional and courteous. He came to our home and supplied an amply variety of styles of iron inserts, glass and door handles. We decided to go with an iron design different from those supplied by Andrew, which required several custom changes. He was able to easily accommodate this request and the final product looks fabulous. We are extremely pleased with our new doors and door handles, which by the way LOOK LIKE we spent several thousands of dollars on. We would gladly refer Lusso Glass to family and friends, or anyone interested in giving their home an instant facelift, and boost in resale value at an extremely reasonable cost!

$1,450.00

Company Response

Hello, Beverly. Thank You for review.
Making the ironwork design from scratch is always a bit of a challenge, but it always so rewarding to see how the final result turns out. How a drawing on a piece of paper turns into real wrought iron & glass insert. Ive got the photos recently & it looks great! Im very happy with the job!
And of course after the great painting job, that we did on the door together You cant even recognize the old doors that You've had there before=)
Thank You again and have a great weekend!
